THE JAM TEAM

Senior Creative Thinking. Human Scale. JAM is led by people who have spent years inside high-pressure creative, production, brand, and client-service environments. That matters. You do not get passed through layers. You work close to the senior team shaping the story, the strategy, and the work itself.

JEFF MIELCARZ

FOUNDER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jeff built JAM around the thing that has shaped his entire career: story.

Across more than two decades in television, media, marketing, branded content, live events, and creative leadership, Jeff has helped shape campaigns and content for some of the biggest names in entertainment, sports, news, and business.

His strength is finding the human thread inside the assignment, then turning it into creative that actually lands: a sharper sales sizzle, a stronger brand film, a smarter campaign, a better opener, a line that finally says the thing the right way.

He brings the instincts of a writer, the pace of a producer, the taste of a creative director, and the slightly unreasonable belief that even complicated brands can sound human.

LEAH HALL

PARTNER/ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Leah keeps the work moving, the details honest, and the client experience grounded.

With a background in marketing, account leadership, operations, and brand strategy, Leah helps turn big creative ideas into real projects that clients can understand, approve, and actually use.

She brings structure without suffocating the work, calm without losing urgency, and the kind of client-side empathy thatmakes complicated projects feel manageable.

At JAM Creative, Leah helps connect the creative ambition to the practical path: timelines, budgets, priorities, communication, and the quiet thousand details that make the final product stronger.

Brett Stacey - Motion Designer

Brett has been working in this business for over 20 years, and can honestly say he still loves what he does. That’s not something everyone can say, and he doesn’t take it for granted. Brett started his career as a broadcast designer on the launch team at CNN/SI and has since worked across broadcast, agency, and in-house roles, leading creative for brands like AT&T, Coke, and NESN. He’s had a love of art since he was a kid, and that passion for design, motion graphics, and storytelling continues to fuel him every day. Brett studied Graphic Design and Illustration at SCAD, and still gets excited by conceptual thinking and the craft of animation. It’s a spark he’s always had and one he hopes never fades.
